Never Ready

I thought I might be ready to face this moment in my life but I guess I am not! I am asking myself if I will ever be ready. It is most difficult to go see your mother when she doesn't even know you or know you are there. Grandma is at the last days of her good life & she is being given "comfort care." That being said, she is being kept as comfortable as possible and doing what can be done to keep her free of pain. I hope this part of her life goes quickly. She has had a good life; she cared for "her girls" for many years and also gave a lot of help to us kids when we all needed it the most. Pray for us as we go through this time. We know that Grandma has been looking for the Pearly Gates for quite some time. Pray that God is ready for her!
