Black Friday in March

Today started out very nice. Sunny, warm & ice tea for breakfast; what more could a person ask for or want? Nothing, I was very pleased; then the phone rang at 12:30 p.m. It was the agency with news that baby D had a court meeting at 2 p.m. No, he doesn't have to go but the adoption coordinator has to be there on his behalf. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed again. All thought these issues had been resolved. I had to put together things that he had come with so that he would be ready to go. At 3:30 p.m. they where here to pick up little baby D. It was a sad day for me! I hate to have them leave when it is placement time. For this child I prayed; and I know that this happened for a reason; pray for me that I maybe a patient waiter for a new baby. There was a bright spot in my day and that when W & family dropped in. Ty just got his permit and the first place he drove to was to Grandma's :) I am proud of you Ty! Drive Safe!
